har flyttet fra garasjen på vestkanten til en stor lagerhall på Oslo øst. Velkommen 
til å besøke oss i SKUR 55 på Bjørvika utstikkeren i havneområdet ved Oslo S. 
For å komme til oss må du krysse den blå gangbroen ved Oslo Børs og gå til venstre 
langs kaia. SKUR 55 er en stor blå hall på kaia rett nedenfor trafikkmaskinen. 
Oslo Kunsthall disponerer utstillingslokaler samt kontorer i annen etasje, opp 
vindeltrappen. BJØRVIKA 17. - 25. august ÅPNING 17. AUGUST KL. 20.00 i 1200m2 
store utstillingslokaler. Oslo Kunsthall viser Sven Påhlssons nye videoverk Sprawlville 
og performance/konsert Lady Factory av Cathrine Evelid, samt klubb konseptet Blow 
Up Club i samarbeid med BallongMagasinet. BJØRVIKA 17. AUGUST er et arrangement 
i samarbeid mellom Oslo Kunsthall, Muséet for samtidskunst og foreningen Bjørvika 
Kultur og Næring. Et unikt samarbeid og et unikt arrangement som vil utpeke Bjørvika 
som det fremtidige stedet for kunst og kultur i hovedstaden. Den 17. august vil 
Muséet for samtidskunst vise utstillingen Hvor er jeg nå? 2 med Tiril Schrøder, 
Matias Faldbakken, Gardar Eide Einarsson, Snorre Ytterstad og Viktor Lind, Subcomandante 
presenterer TERRITORY 2002 med Liv Bugge, Marius Engh, Daniel Jensen, Talking 
Heads og Pubcomandante, Snøhetta viser en modell av det nye operabygget på det 
faktiske sted hvor operaen skal stå i fremtiden og Den Norske Opera vil gjøre 
et operainnslag i forbindelse med åpningen. Oslo Kunsthall er stolte over å kunne 
presentere Sven Påhlssons nyeste verk Sprawlville, en unik sjanse til å kunne 
oppleve dette særegne arbeidet i stort format og i en kontekst som kommuniserer 
med Påhlssons undersøkelse av urbane fenomener. Påhlssons utgangspunkt er amerikansk 
suburbia, en fremtidens skrekkvisjon som lett kan oversettes til norske forhold. 
Hans bilder er vakre og samtidig skremmende, med en poetisk stemning som signaliserer 
monotoni og isolasjon i et computer realisert urbant landskap. I forbindelse med 
åpningen den 17. august vil Cathrine Evelid vise performance prosjektet Lady Factory. 
Prosjektet innbefatter både performance med 100 kvinnelige deltagere samt konsert 
med The Kings, performancen «pregnancy-test» av Liv Pennington, Peggy Sue Svensson 
tolker Dolly Parton og DJ Pussycat Brown spiller 100 kvinnelige artister. Gå ikke 
glipp av denne anledningen til å møte rå pussy power i forførende uniformer. BLOW 
UP CLUB i samarbeid med BallongMagasinet Lørdag 17. August: DJ Frida Kahlo och 
hans «pojke» Annika (Ramones STHLM) fra 23.00 - 03.00. Lørdag 24. August: Karibisk 
Aften featuring DJ Alieu fra Nubia Café (Calypso, reggae og zouk) fra 22.00 - 
02.00. Kom til Bjørvika, det siste sted i byen hvor ingen naboer vil klage. Utstillingen 
av og med Muséet for samtidskunst, Subcomandante og Oslo Kunsthall samt modellen 
av den fremtidige operaen fra Snøhetta vil være åpen fra 17. - 25. august. Åpningstider:

English Version OSLO KUNSTHALL HAS MOVED TO NEW LOCALITIES IN THE HARBOUR OF OSLO, 
BJØRVIKA (the site for the new opera building)! Oslo Kunsthall has moved from 
its former garage to a large warehouse space in the old harbour of Oslo. Visit 
us in building 55 on the Bjørvika quay close to the main train station. To find 
us you have to walk across a blue bridge next to Oslo Stockmarket and walk along 
the harbour to your left. Oslo Kunsthall has offices and exhibition space in the 
big blue warehouse building. Bjørvika 17. - 25. August OPENING IN BJØRVIKA 17. 
AUGUST 20.00 hours 1200m2 exhibition space. Oslo Kunsthall presents Sprawlville, 
the new videowork by Sven Påhlsson, and the performance/concert Lady Factory by 
Cathrine Evelid as well as the club concept Blow Up Club in co-operation with 
BallongMagasinet. BJØRVIKA 17. AUGUST is an event produced by Oslo Kunsthall in 
co-operation with the Norwegian Museum of Contemporary Art and the foundation 
Bjørvika Culture and Business. A unique co-operation and a unique event, which 
will open this area as the future site for art and culture in the Norwegian capital. 
On the opening the 17. august there will be a performance by the Norwegian Opera 
House, the exhibition Where am I now?2 with the artists Tiril Schrøder, Matias 
Faldbakken, Gardar Eide Einarsson, Snorre Ytterstad and Viktor Lind produced by 
the Museum of Contemporary Art, Gallery Subcomandante presents TERRITORY 2002 
with Liv Bugge, Marius Engh, Daniel Jensen, Talking Heads and Pubcomandante, and 
Snøhetta Architects will show a model of the new opera building on the actual 
site where the building will stand. Oslo Kunsthall are proud to present the new 
work of Sven Påhlsson, Sprawlville. This is a unique possibility to experience 
this piece in Oslo on a big screen and in a context which suits the work perfectly. 
Påhlsson deals with American urban life, an issue which easily transfers to a 
Norwegian context. His images expresses a poetic atmosphere, they are beautiful 
but frightening speaking of the monotony and isolation within an empty computer 
realized landscape. In connection with the opening on the 17. of August Cathrine 
Evelid will present the performance project Lady Factory. The project includes 
a performance with 100 female participants, as well as a concert with The Kings, 
the perfromance «Pregnancy-test» by Liv Pennington, Peggy Sue Svensson sings Dolly 
Parton and DJ Pussycat Brown plays 100 female songs. Don¹t miss this opportunity 
to meet raw pussy power in seductive uniforms. BLOW UP CLUB in co-operation with
